Payment Policies

  1. Five Spots Wait List registration money is non-refundable.
  2. If you get in off the wait list or via the Five Spots Tourney, the Five Spots registration money will be applied to your entry fee.
  3. Before July 16th, $150 of your $180 registration fee is refundable.
  4. After July 16th and before August 9th, $100 of your $180 registration fee is refundable and you will receive a personalized Vibram Open polo.
  5. After August 9th, no refunds will be issued.
